Books

I first read Neuromancer in my youth. It was good, but it did not leave a lasting impression. I continued reading parts of The Wheel of Time (which has been completed now I believe). Then came The Matrix, and I loved the movie. Other books came, formal education, some jobs and life.
Today I am trying to catch up on all must-read books and as Neuromancer is the novel in cyberpunk literature with a capital N, I had to give it another go.
And I do appreciate it more this time than I can remember that I did the last time I read it. I can not say why, exactly, but it does have many of the qualities that a good novel needs. Interesting plot, mad corporations, insane leaders and a lot of computer science and virtual reality. So it's a good read. And I will definitely continue with book two and three in the trilogy shortly.
